Teaching Activities

Teaching Philosophy
As an undergraduate instructor, I feel my primary job is to create a classroom environment that facilitates an interest in learning, personal student growth, and in the development or polishing of critical thinking skills. It is important to me that students leave my class feeling confident in their ability to evaluate information presented to them, and to integrate what they learned in my class into how they experience and interpret the world around them. Teachers can have a profound influence on their student long after a specific course is over, and it is my goal to use this influence in a positive way.
